5 days / 4 nights
Day 1: Cuiabá Airport - Pousada in Nobres (2 nights)
After landing, your guide will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name. You’ll then head straight to Bom Jardim, near Nobres. (Note: If you arrive later in the day, lunch or dinner might not be available. In that case, we’ll provide a packed lunch.)
If you arrive by midday, you’ll reach the partner lodge in Nobres by late afternoon. After check-in, you’ll visit Lagoa das Araras, where you can spot macaws, parrots, and other bird species. Then, it’s back to the lodge.
Day 2: Pousada Nobres – River Snorkeling – Duto do Quebó
Breakfast is served at the lodge around 7:00 AM. Afterward, enjoy the vibrant landscape before heading into the water with your snorkel, life vest, mask, and fins. Explore the underwater world, swimming among fish like Pintado, Dorado, and colorful aquarium species. Drift along the river and take in more unforgettable views. Lunch will be served back at the lodge.
In the afternoon, experience the river in a unique way – float down the Quebó River on an inflatable ring. The 2km stretch takes you through the «Duto do Quebó» a 280-meter-long limestone cave. With your flashlight, spot bats clinging to the ceiling and marvel at the stunning rock formations. At the start of your adventure, you’ll be provided with sandals, life vest, ring, helmet, and flashlight. Afterward, head back to base, and if you’d like, take a short walk to the nearby stone bridge, just 200 meters away – a great spot for a swim.
Day 3: Bom Jardim – Transpantaneira – UeSo Pantanal Lodge
(2 nights)
After breakfast, we head towards Poconé, making a stop at a gas station for a quick snack or a revitalizing coffee. Leaving behind the former gold mining town of Poconé, we continue along the world-famous Transpantaneira to the UeSo Pantanal Lodge. Along the way, we make several stops to observe wildlife and enjoy the diverse plant life. Upon arrival at the lodge, check-in awaits, followed by a buffet lunch and a relaxing break. In the late afternoon, take a walk through the surrounding forests where, with a bit of luck, you may spot various bird species, capuchin monkeys, or even howler monkeys. Afterward, a delicious buffet dinner awaits you at the lodge.
